With the blessings of Rev. Fr. Secretary, our institution, in association with MSME Technology Centre, Puducherry, organized a Five-Day Management Development Programme (MDP) for faculty members from 09.02.2026 to 13.02.2026 on Research Paper Publications: Strategies, Ethics, and Best Practices. 

The programme commenced on 09.02.2026, and the first-day session on “Art of Publishing Research Papers” was effectively handled by Rev. Fr. Dr. S. Xavier. The session witnessed active participation from registered faculty members and PG scholars, who engaged enthusiastically throughout the programme.

The MDP was convened by Rev. Fr. Dr. A. Alex, Programme In-charge, and successfully coordinated by Mr. A. Jafarson, Programme Coordinator. Other dignitaries present included Rev. Fr. Dr. S. Charles Edison, Associate Dean of Studies and Director Media Centre & Sports, and Rev. Fr. Dr. G. Maria Anandaraj, Alumni Coordinator.
