The PG & Research Department of Biochemistry organized a capacity development Programme on “Mental health for emotional and physical well-being” on 4.2.2026 at 2:00 pm for Shift-2 students in the Library extension hall. The programme was initiated by Dr. J. Jon Arockiaraj, Senior Vice-principal. Dr. P. Marie Arockianathan, HOD, Department of Biochemistry gave a brief introduction about the resource person and the importance of the programme. The resource person was Dr. S. Vanathi, Assistant Professor, Department of Social work, St. Joseph’s College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Cuddalore-1. This programme was deeply insightful and thought-provoking for the students. UG and PG girls actively participated and benefited from this programme.
